McLean Pork or Turkey Kielbasa sausages are perfectly seasoned which is why they go great with veggies for a fast, healthy meal. This simple recipe is satisfying and delicious. Go ahead and add whatever veggies you like, red pepper, green peas or bean sprouts. Veggies and sausages are a match made in heaven!
Ingredients
  • ½ a McLean Pork Farmer Sausage or Turkey Kielbasa
  • 2 Carrots
  • ¼ head of Cauliflower
  • 5 Mushrooms sliced thick
  • 2 stalks of Celery
  • 6 leaves of Chard, chopped lengthwise
  • ½ Onion sliced thinly
  • Thai Fish Sauce
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. In a Wok: Chop and sauté Onions, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery and Mushrooms together with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add a tablespoon of Fish Sauce to Wok.
  3. Chop sausage into bit size circles and add to Wok. Sauté on low/med heat for 10-15 minutes or until veggies are tender. (Don’t overcook)
  4. Add sliced Chard to mixture and cook for a few minutes until Chard is cooked.
  5. Serve and eat. It’s that easy!
