Sausage & Ham Breakfast Bake

1 cup McLean Mini Ham
1 cup McLean Breakfast Sausage
1 cup Shredded Cheese
1 cup Cream
8 Large Eggs
1 Large Onion - Diced
5 Large Croissants
Salt & Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Layer the base: Spread croissant pieces evenly in the dish. Scatter ham, sausage, onion, and shredded cheese over the top.

Make the custard: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Assemble: Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant mixture, gently pressing down so everything is soaked.

Bake: Cook uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.

Rest & serve: Let the casserole rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
