Ham Pinwheels

Quantity	Ingredient
1 package	Sliced McLean Black Forest Ham
2 sheets	Puff pastry
3 slices	Mozzarella Cheese
1 Handful	Fresh Spinach
6 tbsp	Honey Mustard
1	Egg (for egg wash)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Lay out puff pastry and spread with honey mustard.

Layer ham, mozzarella, and spinach.

Roll tightly and slice into pinwheels.

Brush with egg wash.

Bake 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve warm for instant cozy comfort.
