Set aside on paper towel. Toast the bread. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper until mostly smooth but still slightly chunky. Spread smashed avocado on toast. Layer sliced chicken, tomato, and sprouts. Add second slice of toast, spread avocado, and layer chicken and turkey bacon.
