Grilled Peach & Prosciutto Pinsa

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Package McLean Prosciutto
1 Ball Pizza Dough
2 Ripe Peaches
Handful Arugula
6-8 Fresh Basil Leaves
As Desired Stracciatella or Burrata
1-1 Tbsp Olive Oil
For Dusting Cornmeal

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 485°F and line a baking sheet with parchment. Drizzle parchment with olive oil and dust with cornmeal.
2. Stretch the dough overtop into an elongated shape.
3. Bake until golden and crisp (about 20-25 minutes).
4. Meanwhile, slice and grill peaches until caramelized.
5. Once crust is done, drizzle with olive oil and top with arugula, McLean Natural Meats prosciutto, grilled peaches, stracciatella (or burrata), and basil.
6. Finish with a final drizzle of olive oil. Slice and serve.
