Breakfast Sausage Skillet

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Package McLean Breakfast Sausages (Pork or Chicken)
1 Cup Baby Potatoes, halved
1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced
½ Onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt and Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Chicken Broth or Water (optional)
Green Onions, sliced (for garnish)

Directions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add McLean Breakfast Sausages and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and cook potatoes for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden and tender.

Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook for 4–5 minutes until softened but still slightly crisp.

Return sausages to the skillet and add a splash of chicken broth or water to deglaze the pan. Stir gently to combine.

Cook for an additional 5–7 minutes until sausages are heated through and everything is well combined.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm.
