Olive Oil 1 Tsp. Italian Seasoning Salt and Pepper *Optional fresh basil or parmesan for garnish Directions Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Spread pizza sauce evenly across the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Layer mozzarella cheese evenly, followed by Genoa salami and prosciutto slices. Add diced red bell peppers and olives if using. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Starting from the long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log. Carefully transfer to the baking sheet and shape into a circle, pinching the ends together to form a wreath. Using a sharp knife, make cuts around the wreath (about 1 inch apart), slicing halfway through. Gently twist each section slightly to expose the layers. Brush lightly with olive oil and bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh basil or grated parmesan if desired. Serve warm. Print Share Tweet Email
