Prosciutto, Pear & Swiss Grilled Sandwich

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6–8 Slices McLeans Prosciutto
4 Slices Bread (sourdough or multigrain)
4 Slices Swiss Cheese
1 Pear, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. Butter or Olive Oil

Directions

Lightly butter or brush one side of each bread slice.

Layer Swiss cheese on the unbuttered side of two slices of bread. Top with prosciutto and sliced pear.

Close sandwiches with remaining bread slices, buttered side facing out.

Heat a pan over medium heat and place sandwiches in the pan. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden and crisp and cheese is melted.

Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
