Butter Salt and Black Pepper Pinch of Cayenne (optional) Directions Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve a small amount of pasta water, then drain and set aside. In a bowl, whisk together egg, evaporated milk, salt, black pepper, and cayenne until smooth. Set aside. In a pan over medium heat, cook McLean Turkey Bacon until lightly crisp. Remove from heat and set aside. Return cooked pasta to the pot over low heat. Add butter and stir until melted. Pour in the milk and egg mixture, stirring continuously over low to medium heat until the sauce begins to thicken slightly. Do not overheat. Remove from heat and add blue cheese and white cheddar. Stir until melted and creamy. Fold in the cooked turkey bacon and mix gently. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
