McLean organic chorizo, kielbasa or spicy turkey pepperoni sliced thin.1 cup Arborio rice rinsed.Sauté rice with lots of real butter &Stir the rice while adding hot chicken stock, a ladleful at a time…Cooking the rice slowly for 20 min. (approx.. 3 cups stock)Add sausage & sauté with rice until hot. (It is already pre-cooked)Finish with Parm and Parsley.
